Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Screen candidate profiles aligned with organization requirements​
  • Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates​
  • Make appointments and conduct face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates​
  • Administrate internal HR processes and related documentations

Employee Engagement and Development

  • Onboard new joiners i.e. conduct orientation activities to introduce office policies, etiquette, facilities and environment, etc.​
  • Deliver internal communications with employees​
  • Design and organize talent development programs​
  • Organize internal events such as team building and outing activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or higher in any related field ​
  • 1+ years of experience as Human Resources​
  • Understanding of consulting business and industry is an advantage​
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills with an open mind and high professionalism​
  • Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills in both languages)​
  • Proficient IT skills – Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word​
  • Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
