Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Screen candidate profiles aligned with organization requirements
- Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates
- Make appointments and conduct face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Administrate internal HR processes and related documentations
Employee Engagement and Development
- Onboard new joiners i.e. conduct orientation activities to introduce office policies, etiquette, facilities and environment, etc.
- Deliver internal communications with employees
- Design and organize talent development programs
- Organize internal events such as team building and outing activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher in any related field
- 1+ years of experience as Human Resources
- Understanding of consulting business and industry is an advantage
- Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills with an open mind and high professionalism
- Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills in both languages)
- Proficient IT skills – Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
