Responsibilities:
- Possess specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software.
- Provide technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
- Assist with systems integrations.
- Manage ticketed query system and ensure comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Deliver regular and customized training to teams within the business.
- Develop reports for teams across the business.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or any related field
- 1+ year experiences as system, application support or a similar role.
- Good Knowledge of SQL Server and Database Structure
- Good communication and English skill.
- Flexibility and service-minded.
